Continuing to Learn
Our program manager had the opportunity to participate in a class through Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Specifically, it was offered through the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Jen spent two days learning about NonProfit Leadership in the 21st Century. She was surrounded by other foundations and organizations learning and sharing about the legal and managerial responsibilities of nonprofit organizations.
RJS believes in striving to learn and understand to better ourselves and our organization.
This course is one of 4 that they offer towards a certificate in NonProfit Executive Leadership. Two participants in this last class graduated with their certificate.
