Focus on Healthy Living

RJS is supporting our partner, Mephibosheth Ministries, for the next three months to help provide resources for our friends to continue their learned life skills on Healthy Living at home and in the community! For the month of May, RJS purchases resistance bands and pedometers. We had a great class learning different exercises to do with the bands and even took a walk to see just how many steps we would achieve.
